Default Second external display not detected

I have two workstations set up with two external monitors having the same problem of only detecting one monitor. Both Macbooks - one M1 and one M2 - both latest Ventura OS. Both using UtechSmart docking station. The M2 workstation was working fine for months -- both monitors showing with no problems. All of a sudden, just one shows now. Have plugged/unplugged, switched hdmi ports, restarted macbook - can't get it to work. If I unplug one monitor, the other will show, so hardware works fine. For the M1 laptop (which is a new workstation I'm setting up), I'm having the same trouble from the start. Displaylink installed properly on both. Has anyone had similar issues?

Default Solution found?

Did you find a solution? I have the exact same problem with my 2020 mb pro M1 running Sonoma 14.4

Angry Same - M2 Air

Came here to find seek a solution. This is beyond frustrating. Tried everything.
Guessing it's an Apple thing? Can someone from DisplayLink maybe please chime in?

Sonoma 14.4
DisplayLink 1.10.1 (upgraded yesterday to no avail)

For reference, DisplayLink does not produce or sell finished products, they only develop the technology which is integrated by other companies into their own products.

If the manufacturer of your product has not been able to provide support, unexpected behavior while using a DisplayLink-based product with macOS can been reported to DisplayLink directly by following this procedure --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink

Nope. None. Zero. Reached out the manufacturer of the dock but radio silence. Regret going with the M2 Air. Using a Dell laptop with Windows 11 instead. Plug and play.
