Default still an issue

I have done everything posted here, and still have an issue. Yes, it is with all USB ports. I would be grateful for any other solutions.

I have this latest driver installed.
1. Why is this a suggestion?
2. Why are you alluding to a BSOD? I've not experienced a BSOD, nor have I mentioned it...

Default reverting to previous driver seems to have fixed or at least improved the issue

I remembered back to when this issue started for me, and it was August. I have tried both the 29 Sept driver, and 18 July driver, and have issues with both. I decided to uninstall, and revert back to the 6 June driver, and I have been able to enjoy my second screen again without problems, at least so far.

Default Not gone, but....

Ok, reverting to the June driver has improved, but not eliminated the problem. At least, I can actually use my second screen, and reboot when it becomes a problem. A more permanent and complete solution would be most appreciated, however! Thanks!

Default still an issue

Sorry for all the posts, but the solution of rolling back to the June driver did not last - I am still having an issue, and am very frustrated, as I would really like to make use of my 2nd monitor. I appreciate any additional help that could be offered.

I take it back. It's still not resolved. In 30 minutes of gaming (Tomb Raider) the disconnect happened 4 times. Eventually crashing my game.

Amazing that no one's commenting on when they plan to fix this. We've supplied screenshots, steps to reproduce, and logs. What more must we do to enable you to do your jobs in making stable software?

I know this may not help everyone but I contacted the manufacturer of my USB dock (Warpia) explaining this issue and they have agreed to send me a replacement dock free of charge. We'll see if it could be a hardware fault with the dock itself.
