Having read a myriad of posts concerning problems your customers are having with your devices and Windows 10 Anniversary update, along with your utterly callous and dismissive responses to them and your eager willingness to blame anyone but yourself, I wonder if anyone at DisplayLink has even casually perused best practices for running a help desk.
Displaylink devices have superior functionality with old operating systems. You should advise your customers not to upgrade to Windows 10 if they wish to maintain this functionality on "obsolete" devices. |
