DoubleSight USB Monitor - Snow Leopard 10.6.0 - KAPUTT!
Having some real trouble getting my new DoubleSight DS90-U 9" USB monitor to work...
I am running Snow Leopard OS 10.6.0 (originally was 10.6.1 but downgraded because a user on here said it helped him...no good for me though) on an Early 2008 Macbook. System specs are below. The monitor IS being detected in the System Profiler under USB and when I plug it in, the monitor is receiving power and turning on. The screen is ON but black, almost as if they are black pixels. I have tried the different drivers listed to no avail. I attempted to run the DisplayLinkUserAgent but was unsure what I had to do...some user had mentioned it working for him. Wasn't sure how to do that though. Any ideas how I can get this monitor to work? It's brand new - they literally just went on sale a week and a half ago.
