When I plug the dock to the macbook, it is correctly detected as usb accessory. The mouse and the keyboard plugged in work fine. The external monitor is detected in "System preferences" but I don't see any display in the DisplayLink manager menu ( I have "No DisplayLink-enabled display detected") and my external display has a black screen. It is active because I can move the mouse pointer into it but it keep staying black and I don't see anything.
Can you help me to make it work ? Thanks |
