Running Kubuntu 16.04 with Wavlink WL-UG39DH1 Rev. B1 and latest driver on Acer Aspire v3 772g (BIOS v1.15) with Nvidia GeForce GTX 760M. Nvidia-drivers are deinstalled and purched. Attaching the adapter works fine, as long as I don't attach any display to the adapter
...as soon as a display is attached the system freezes.
Second screen is attached to internal DVI-port. Third screen should be attached to the Wavlink-adapter.
Following the instructions of @rup didn't work for me, either with attached nor with disconnected second screen of internal DVI-port.
