Default M3 detecting Monitor, but monitor is blank

I've been attempting to connect my external monitor to my Apple M3 Pro on Sonoma14.4.1 (23E224) using a Dell D6000 Docking station. While the DisplayLink Manager detects the second monitor (see attached screenshot), my monitor continuously flashes 'no input detected' on a blue screen and then back to black (see attached photo). When it is not connected to the dock, it does not do this cycle between blue/black screens. It is an Asus monitor using a HDMI 2.0 cable to connect.

- I have verified that all tech works separately from the docking station.
- I have verified that all cables are correctly inserted.
- I have recently gone through the steps of updating the firmware on my Dell D6000 Dock (using my Windows PC).
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled all DisplayLink programs multiple times.
- I have installed Elgato Thunderbolt Dock Utility

If anyone has advice, please let me know because I am out of ideas.
