Our driver will not have a limit to 5 monitors. The limitation you may hit is based on resolution, not number of monitors.
I do not know what is the maximum resolution that graphics card can handle.
What is the resolution of the desktop it would make? This depends on the resolution you set for each monitor and how you lay them out so I am unable to work this out.
