I ran win7 without areo effects and it's still...

I ran win7 without areo effects and it's still not working..
yesterday i ran this app on win xp and everyting was fine so this problem is on win 7 and vista :/

i tried evetything but it still not working... ...

i tried evetything but it still not working...
when i am turning off my computer, then DisplayLink on my iPad is working ... but when the PC i on then app on iPad i crashing ;/
