Here is what ended up working for me: 1....

Here is what ended up working for me:

1. blacklist udl and udlfb
2. install the 1.3 Ubuntu driver (the .run file)
3. change the udev rule that is generated in the /etc/udev.d for DisplayLink...

Doesnt work for me either

I have tried using three different USB cords. The older 1.1.68 driver release, works on this display except that the USB display will not come back on after suspend and unplugging the USB display...
