Ipad Displaylink / Flash

Hi,

I'm using Displaylink with Ipad2. When I run it, after 10 min using, my main screen and the ipad screen begin to flash about every 5 secondes as if a display detection was done.

Did you know this issue ?

Regard,

Lestat

IE blinking after installing iPad app

I have a similar case, just installed on iPad 2 and Windows 7 and the Internet Explorer pages start blinking even when I turn the iPad app off. Any advice?

Thanks,

Crashes after a while

Hello, Just got this awesome program earlier but encountered a problem. I'm using my ipad as an extension to the screen.

The connections work fine for a period of time after which my screens will start acting funny(windows/tabs on ipad go back to my laptop desktop and both screens start blinking).

This problem is resolved by pressing the home to on my ipad to leave the app and going back in again. However, the windows then remain on my laptop screen leaving me to drag my windows over from scratch.

Anyone facing the same problem?

That's exactly the same problem as what I'm having now too.

Yes, I'm seeing the same behavior. The Latitude 6410 I'm using it with has a NVIDIA NVS 3100 in it.

Yes, I'm seeing the same behavior. It doesn't seem to matter what program(s) are on the iPad screen. Normally it seems to take 15-30 minutes for the behavior to start. FWIW, I have a Latitude E6410 with a NVIDIA NVS 3100.

When this occurs, could you grab the log files as described here:

http://kb.displaylink.com/269

This should tell us what the software is doing in this state.

Thanks

Wim

A quick note that update 1.1.1 seems to have improved the situation for me. Not fixed it by any means, but I am able to go an hour or more before the issue manifests itself now.
