dual monitor mode won't work with my netbook

I have successfully installed DisplyLink on my netbook, Eee PC Atom N550 dual core and Next-Gen Nvidia Ion graphic. It works with duplication mode but not extended monitor mode.
Is there way to have my Ipad 2 as the second monitor to the netbook?

I think this Eee PC runs Windows 7 starter. Microsoft have disabled multilple monitor support in Windows 7 Starter, which is why only mirror mode is available and not extend.
